Dr. Karlie enjoys working with athletes of all sports, those with an active lifestyle, as well as patients simply looking to improve their health. She combines all of her education and experiences to fully evaluate each patient and aid in returning them to proper biomechanical function and assist with performance enhancement. Dr. Karlie is a full-body certified Active Release Technique (ART®) practitioner, utilizes kinesiotaping and Rocktape techniques, Stecco Fascial Manipulation and is Graston and Webster certified. She is also a level 2 Crossfit trainer, Certified Barefoot training Specialist, and Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism coach. Dr. Karlie specializes in shoulder injuries and shoulder rehab as well as working with the active Peri-natal population. She also spends her free time working as the local medical director for the AVP (professional beach volleyball). Dr. Karlie is continually striving to learn and excel in all areas of practice to ensure the best possible care for her patients.

Dr. Kelley Henry’s fascination with the human body began as a child when she would workout to exercise videos alongside her mom. This fascination grew into a never-ending quest for knowledge. Dr. Henry has been in the healthcare field for over 20 years. She has spent these years combining her knowledge of exercise and manual therapy to provide her patients with exceptional care. She combines all of her skill sets and knowledge to provide each patient with comprehensive and individualized care. Her goal is to provide each patient with the tools and knowledge to get back to their favorite activity and life quickly. In her free time, Dr. Henry is a competitive powerlifter, runner, and avid hiker and also works as one of the chiropractors for the Seattle Seawolves Professional Rugby team,. She also enjoys baking and spending time with her cats.


Gennovva Pham

Office Manager

Gennovva is a transplant from New York City with a bachelors in Psychology. She has a passion for helping others and providing the most personal service to each of our patients with over 10 years of customer service experience. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, dancing, and the arts, be it creating it or as an observer. She is also a fur parent with her hands full tending to 2 dogs and 3 cats when she's not helping our patients!

 

 

Andrew Gray PT, DPT, CF-L2

Physical Therapist

Andrew graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington in 2016 with a strong desire to use his broad athletic and coaching experience to help patients from all walks of life and athletic backgrounds. Andrew brings 10 years of CrossFit coaching experience with an emphasis on gymnastics and olympic weightlifting where he has worked with clients ranging from 70+ years of age exercising for the first time to Navy SEALs and professional athletes. He has also competed at the CrossFit Games world championship on 4 occasions. His athletic background also includes captaining his college rugby team at UC Davis before going on to play for OMBAC in the USA Rugby Super League, and being an endurance sports enthusiast having raced over 30 triathlons and countless running, biking, and other endurance events.

 

Yukinori Oki LMT, MS, ATC, PES, LMT

Manual Therapist

Yuki likes helping any level of athletes from weekend warriors to professional athletes. His passion for sports led him to be a massage therapist specializing in prevention/ treatment of neck, shoulder and lower back injuries. Yuki combines 17 years of athletic training experience and functional movement screening (FMS) knowledge into manual/massage therapy. Yuki’s massage skills include Swedish, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, cross friction massage and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). His goal is not only to provide massage treatment, but also to educate his clients self-care, therefore, they can get back sooner to what they love to do safely.

Yuki is a native Osakan from Japan and he speaks both Japanese and English fluently. He is a father of a teenage son who loves playing baseball, so he is a dedicated driver after work.

 

Gabriel Dudley-Berrios

Massage Therapist

Gabriel is dedicated to creating healing environments for patients from all backgrounds, guiding them in the journey to connect with their bodies. In a world that often prioritizes mental engagement over physical presence, Gabriel aims to recenter individuals, allowing them to fully engage in their pursuits, professions, and relationships with clarity and focus. His massage technique integrates Swedish, trigger point release, myofascial release, deep tissue work, and joint mobilization, with a focus on identifying and alleviating restrictions in movement and guiding their release. Additionally, Gabriel has received education in manual lymphatic drainage, orthopedic massage, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and assisted stretching, and continually refining his skills with ongoing education. Raised in Seattle by a Californian father and Puerto Rican mother, Gabriel is fluent in both English and Spanish. Beyond his professional pursuits, Gabriel finds joy in practicing jiu-jitsu, weightlifting, dancing, and cherishing moments with his loved ones.
